24OCT08: DJ Shots from StoneBridge & Friends

Your raconteur has been seriously freakin’ BUSY!

The Hemp HoodLamb shoot at Hemp Works was pretty damn cool! It was my very first fashion-type shoot and I learned LOTS!

HUGE thanks to my glamourous kitten, Rhea, for the amazing back-up!

The shots are locked for the time being, I’ll let y’all know when they go public.

All my other pics are caught up too, (Still got videos to finish up tho) just in time for a shoot tonight! Go see!

I’ll be joining my fellow photographer buddy, Adam, aboard the Supperclub boat for his:

I’m trying to decide on a costume that I can “work” in…

Good Morning, Amsterdam!

Your raconteur is having one of those exceedingly rare days, one where he’s cleaned up, geared up, and ready to exit his quarters before 1200! (I know, right?!? ;) )

Of course, I did pull an unexpected, but productive all-nighter with a new video editing package… (Kino)

You can see the results in the last two sets of shots on flickr!

I even did a basic edit and added titles to the very last one! (It’s a damn good start, they’ll just keep getting better for awhile yet.)

Now I’m off to do THIS shoot, as well as helping an old friend get his new bar open! (More on that later!)

With a bit of luck, and LOTS of caffeinated bevvys, I’ll be caught back up by tomorrow night!

Photoshoot: New Hemp HoodLambs at Hemp Works!

Here’s the scoop:
My friends at Hemp Works (Purveyors of the amazing HoodLamb line of hemp-based outerwear and accessories [and much, MUCH more!]) just had the entire Winter 2009 collection of Hoodlamb stuff delivered to the shop last weekend. Now it’s all unpacked and ready to go!

That news alone is cause for celebration amongst their MANY fans in this town. (I’m a BIG-TIME Hoodlamb fan! Which should come as no surprise… ;) )

But wait for it, Campers… There’s MORE!

We’ve organized a bit of a photoshoot at the shop for tomorrow afternoon and I need a few willing folks (2 guys, 2 girls) to play model for an hour or so.

It’ll be pretty much painless and if you decide to make a purchase, you’ll get a sweet little discount on the coolest new Hoodlamb gear of your choice!

Even if you don’t wanna be part of the shoot, come on down anyway and we’ll still get you hooked up! (If you can’t make it down to the shop tomorrow, contact me for info on a discount of your very own!)

Now ADE2008 is just about over… (Officially, it ended last night!)

But I’m on my way to SugarFactory for Wicked Jazz Sounds‘ traditional “ADE Afterparty” featuring Kraak&Smaak!!!

The madness has begun!

ADE 2008 kicked off last night and by all indications, it’s going to be an exceptional year for the yearly DJ (orgy) event!

Your raconteur will be joining the throng tonight and shooting WKND’s ADE Edition at Studio80.

Tomorrow night (24OCT) I’ll be at Rain providing coverage for StoneBridge and Friends!

Other than these 2 bookings, I’m playing it by ear… (Good thing I got Filterz!)

It promises to be an exceedingly interesting few days, Campers!

It’s ALIVE!

Your raconteur seems to have survived a BRUTAL cold…

We’re talking about 11 days worth! (Yuck!!!)

I was out and about last Thursday, because I thought I was getting better. I was sadly mistaken…

Fortunately, I’m pretty sure I wasn’t contagious, at least I got no indications that I passed this one on to anybody!

I shot WKND last week and got the pics right up! (It took MUCH longer to get them edited right though) Finally, the set has been cleaned up and videos added.
